Enough to make you cry with sorrow (VIDEO)

This example shows just how inhumane people can be. Animal lover Svetlana Malkić found a dog in a watermelon field living in catastrophic conditions. In a time of high temperatures, without water, with a tin barrel as its only protection from the sun, tied on a short chain, with an injured neck, this poor, suffering dog was living there. The footage was recorded in Kovilj on 7 July 2017. The dog has been rescued and is now safe. Thank you, Svetlana Malkić
