What is included
Dog training involves working on the dog's socialisation and introducing new habits that make it easier for the owner to live a better life together with their pet. Training can be defined as the organised control of a dog's behaviour while it adopts new habits and rules of conduct. Whatever the type of communication problem between a dog and its owner, in almost every case the main party responsible for the dog's bad behaviour is the human.
What the dog learns
Over a period of four weeks we teach the dog the basic commands: to sit, lie down, stay in place, walk properly to heel, come when called, not jump on people, not bite, not relieve itself in the house (for young dogs) and so on. In addition, we work on guiding the development of the dog's character and building its mental stability.
Throughout the training we keep you regularly informed about your dog's progress: we send photos and videos, as well as detailed instructions that will allow you to continue the work after the training is complete.
Required documents
- A health record showing three vaccinations against infectious diseases.
- A passport as proof that the dog is microchipped in your name, vaccinated against rabies and treated against parasites at least 15 days before arrival.
- A certificate of clinical examination (no older than 48 hours), which a veterinarian must endorse as proof that the dog is in good health.
Price
The price of training is 500 € (58,000.00 RSD) if the dog is under one year old, and includes the kibble the dog eats during its 28-day stay.
The ideal period for training a dog is between 4 and 6 months of age, when the best results are achieved in forming a stable and obedient dog. After that period training is still possible, but it requires more work and time.
The methods we use when working with dogs are based exclusively on positive stimulation.
