Privacy policy

This policy governs the way in which the My Dog centre, as data controller, collects, uses, stores and protects information gathered from users of the website www.mojpas.rs. By using the website you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Personal data

Personal data is any information relating to a natural person whose identity is determined or determinable, directly or indirectly, for example first and last name, address, telephone number or e-mail address.

Data is not personal if it cannot be linked to a specific person, such as aggregate statistical data on visits to individual pages of the website.

What data we collect

• contact details: first name, last name, e-mail address and telephone number;
• delivery details: address, city and postal code;
• information you provide yourself in an inquiry (for example the dog's breed and age, a description of the problem);
• basic technical data about your visit: device and browser type, the pages you visited and the source of the visit.

We collect personal data only when the user provides it voluntarily, when placing an order or sending an inquiry. The user may always refuse to provide it, but in that case it is not possible to fulfil the order or respond to the inquiry.

Purpose of processing

We use the data exclusively to process and deliver orders, issue invoices, respond to inquiries, deliver digital content and improve the operation of the website. We do not sell or rent it to third parties. Data is passed on only when necessary to fulfil an order: to the courier service for delivery and to the bank for payment processing.

Protection of payment card data

When paying by payment card, the user does not leave any card details with the My Dog centre. The entire payment process takes place on the pages of Banka Poštanska štedionica a.d. Beograd, which, as the payment card processor, guarantees the security of the data. Confidential information is transmitted over the public network in encrypted form, using the SSL protocol and PKI system. The mojpas.rs website has no access to payment card data at any time.

Data security

Data is stored in a protected database and is accessible only to authorised persons. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to prevent loss, misuse and unauthorised access. We cannot guarantee the security of data you send us yourself by ordinary e-mail.

Cookies and local storage

The website uses necessary cookies and browser local storage for the shopping cart and administration login, as well as for anonymous visitor statistics. IP addresses are not stored in their original form. If Google Analytics statistics are enabled, Google may use its own cookies in accordance with its privacy policy.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 15. If you believe that a child has provided us with such data, contact us and we will remove it.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, as well as restriction of processing, in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection. You can send your request to the e-mail address given below.
