What we can learn from wolves!

How a wolf pack moves:

The first 3 are the old and the sick. They go in front to set the slower walking pace that the rest of the group will follow.

The next 5 are the strongest and the best, and they are responsible for protection in case those at the front are attacked.

In the middle are the "citizens", who are always protected from attack.

The 5 behind them are also among the strongest and the best; their task is to protect the rear if an attack comes.

Last comes the LEADER. He makes sure that no one is left behind. He keeps the group together on the chosen path. He is always ready to run in any direction to protect the whole group and serve as its „bodyguard“.

This is called good LEADERSHIP.
