All dogs deserve a home, many people do not deserve a dog (VIDEO)

Čačak, 4 May 2017. Acting on a tip from caring people, we went out today to check the truth of a story about a dog that has spent years living in poor, unsanitary conditions with a crust of bread and a water bowl that is empty more often than it is full. A story about a dog that spends its life sleeping on its own excrement, with no social life whatsoever. The scene we found did not surprise us, because we had come prepared, but we were still appalled by the conditions the dog lives in. This is private property and an owned dog with visible signs of starvation, and from its eyes we could also tell that it is ill. Based on the evidence we recorded, our association will file a complaint against the irresponsible owner, but knowing our system, we do not believe that is enough. That is why we ask dog lovers to join us in forwarding this post to the Čačak veterinary inspectorate, with a request that they help us resolve this problem.
