DOG TRAINING

Dog training means working on the dog's socialisation and introducing new habits that will make it easier for the owner to live together with their dog.

Dog training can rightly be called the organised control of a dog's behaviour while new habits are introduced.

Whatever the problem in communication between a dog and its owner, almost every time the main person responsible for the dog's behaviour is the human.

Over a period of 30 days we teach the dog the basic commands (sit, lie down, stay in place, walk properly at heel, come when called, not to jump up on you, not to bite you, not to toilet in the house (in the case of small dogs) and so on). We also work on shaping its character and establishing its mental stability. While we are training your dog, we keep you regularly informed of its progress and send you photos and video clips where you can see how your dog has mastered the training, along with instructions that allow you to keep working with your dog afterwards.

Dog training is booked at least 30 days in advance. Please note that when you bring your dog, you are required to present its vaccination record for vaccinations against infectious diseases, a passport as proof that the dog is microchipped in your name, vaccinated against rabies and treated against parasites at least 15 days before arriving at the MY DOG Dog Training Centre, and a certificate of clinical examination in which your vet confirms that the dog is in good health.

The price of dog training is 500 € (58,500.00 dinars) for a dog under one year old, plus a 30-day supply of the kibble the dog is used to eating. Please note that the best time to train a dog is between 4 and 6 months of age, when it reaches its best mental stability; anything after that means more work. The methods we use in working with dogs are exclusively positive stimulation.
