The Aktiv Harness is made of nylon, a high-quality, soft and flexible material. It also has reflective stitching to keep your dog safe on night-time walks.
Harnesses are an excellent alternative to collars for dogs that pull, large or muscular dogs, energetic puppies and so on. They work by distributing pressure evenly across the chest and shoulders for easier training and outdoor activities, and can be more comfortable for some dogs. Talk to your vet or trainer if you are not sure whether to choose a collar or a harness for your dog.
The Aktiv Harness is a reflective, adjustable harness padded with neoprene for a soft touch on your dog's skin. It is easy to put on and take off, with a plastic side-release buckle that closes quickly and stays in place. It is designed with adjustable tri-glide sliders on the shoulder straps for quick adjustment to different girth sizes. Strong stitching for long-lasting quality and metal D/O-rings for greater tensile strength. The matching Aktiv lead is also available in the same colour and style for a complete look.

A reflective dog harness is a good choice for dogs that pull, large and muscular dogs and energetic puppies, because it spreads pressure across the chest and shoulders. A harness will not stop pulling by itself, though; that takes loose lead training. Adjust it so two fingers fit between the harness and the chest, and measure the girth just behind the front legs before ordering.
Medium fits a girth of 53 to 77 cm, large 65 to 99 cm.
A harness can be more comfortable for some dogs, especially those that pull. If unsure, ask a trainer or your vet.
